Oh my god, this bag is just fabulous. I screeched when I opened the box. It even came in a dust bag. I will be investing the the large Charlotte next and most likely the same colour. The navy is stunning. After my purchase, maybe a day later, I got a lovely email saying thank you for my order and supporting the business. ❤️ like that was not only unexpected but such a lovely touch.
